hi, i am back from 6 hours of school. i think it is sad that i enjoy econ more than chem. but thats microecon. not macroecon. i dont like macroecon. that's just boring and calculus right now. yes. i am taking micro and macro. okay, and then there's pacific seminar. which is retarded. discuss the differences between formal and informal essay. tell us that informal is so personalized. and great. and everything. and talk about the meaninglessness of an assigned journal. so wtf. dont assign it then. please kthx. anyways. need to go return chem book. and then. go to another 4 hours of class. mw has 9 hours of class in a row. and wednesday has 1 more hour. friday has 6. but thats okay. its great fun.

last two days, there were no school. i watched 3 movies. i think. my classmate, barbarian; a scene at the sea; and snakes on a plane. classmate barbarian was great. kids fighting and being angry. and it was funny. it was supposed to be a comedy. scene at the sea is about deaf guy and deaf girlfriend. deaf guy wants to learn how to surf. and its like a love story without words. since they are deaf. duh. so its nice and the music is beautiful. becuase its joe hisaishi composed. mmm. and snakes on a plane. is pretty cool. best movie ever.

Packetshaper (gives specific programs/applications higher or lower priorty on the campus internet connection. all p2p progams are given lowest priority)

8 MB is alloted for all peer-to-peer, gaming, and IM
2 MB is alloted for bittorrent

3200 students are using a possible 8MB of bandwidth

okay. so from yousendit.com, i download at about 4-5 MEGABYTES/sec. but from other websites i get about 400-500 KB/sec. but from torrents, i get 1 or less KB/sec. sighsigh. WHY!?

i think it's weird that people say some organs in the body are more important than others. like people always say the heart is important. or the brain is important. but i think everything is important. because heart cant beat correctly without brain and brain cant live without heart. and nothing can flow without blood. and stomach feeds body. so yea. or do they list importance based on how long a person lives if they only had that one organ. maybe.

DIR EN GREY, FLYLEAF, STONE SOUR, DEFTONES, KORN, and a bunch of indie bands no one cared about. but really, all i went for was dir en grey. because after dir en grey i was quite tired. here is my trip today.


sunrise. left at 5 am. to drive 3 hours to marysville, which is near sacramento, for a 2 pm concert, mainly to see a band that played at 5 pm.

quite a day. almost caught shinya's drumstick. but some tall guy in front of me got it. bah. and kyo got pretty pissed off because his block wasn't screwed on well and it fell. and he fell and yea. and then people were screaming their names and they dont like that because it distracts from the music, so they quit like 20 minutes early. sigh. and no signing at the meet. just shake hands. so i got to touch die and shinya! and shinya didn't shave his face. there were lots of fuzzy things. and he was smiling and it was kind of funny. and for fangirls, kyo's underwear was red.

and then in parking lot, saw dir en grey near bus. wanted to go ask for picture. but security made us go away.

oh yea. and these white people near me were like "wowow wtf" after the show. in a good way i think. they were like "that guy is insane". "what happened!? why was he bleeding?!" "was he scratching his chest?" and stuff like that. but it seemed like they enjoyed it also. and a few of those crappy indie bands were wearing dir en grey shirts. i think thats cool. even though dir en grey shirts are SO ugly.

i was going to write a great post about how the public library has so many cool chinese movies and stuff. BUT! it turns out the "my school mate, the barbarian" vcd is broken in half! WTFWTF! it's such a cool movie with kids fighting each other and stuff. oh well

and i am told that we see so many japanese bands that are all crossdressing and weird. but even in japan, people that listen to those bands are considered weird. so i guess that is reassuring that japan hasn't gone completely insane yet.

yea. so we're walking down kenting. and then we walk by a strip club or something. and theres an outside stage with this girl standing on it. so roommate has guts and we take pictures with her. i guess she's either a stripper or some dancer. because on the way back she was doing a little dance thing on that stage. oh well. she looked hotter in the darkness of the night. and i didn't notice that her face was that zombie white. oh well.

so i finally finished attention please. the drama i started before i left for taiwan. and 4 episodes before the end, i left. and i get back. and i finished it. i started it because kaela kimura sang the theme song. thats actually the only reason. i dont care much for aya ueto. i dont care for aya ueto's singing and her acting in azumi didn't impress me much. so blah. but omgomg such a good drama. pretty good acting and it changed my view of aya ueto. now shes a more crazy person. i guess. i dont know. but its just about some rocker girl and she fails at that so she becomes a stewardess and her adventures through that. quite different because no one dies from cancer.
